Kieran Kelly, MPH, serves as an epidemiologist and an associate scientist II in the?Surveillance, Prevention, & Health Services Research (SPHeRe) within the Cancer Surveillance Research team at the American Cancer Society (快猫短视频). He is currently the managing editor for the fourth edition of the .
Research focus and accomplishments
During his Masters program, Kelly worked with Daniel Wiese, PhD, of the 快猫短视频 Cancer Disparities Research program, to investigate these issues in Atlanta, Georgia:
- Comparison of neighborhood-level gentrification status based on a variety of sociodemographic and built-environment indicators
- Differences in greenspace change by gentrification status
- Variations in the prevalence of obesity
Kelly's current research interests focus on emerging global cancer trends among young adults (25-50 years) through cancer surveillance research.
